Customs Support
Move goods across the border without costly surprises.

Understanding Customs Support
Customs errors are expensive: a wrong HS code, an incomplete document or a valuation query can hold goods at port, trigger extra duty and lead to penalties. Importers and exporters need to get it right before the shipment arrives.
Our team advises on classification, duty and tax calculation, exemptions and documentation under the Customs Act, 2023. We review your documents before shipment and work alongside your clearing and forwarding (C&F) agent to keep clearance smooth.
If customs raises a query, reassesses value or issues a demand, we prepare your response and support you through review and appeal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the HS code matter so much?
The HS code decides the duty rate, other taxes and any import restrictions on your goods. A wrong code can mean overpaying duty, or a reassessment and penalty later.
Do you replace my C&F agent?
No. Physical clearance is handled by a licensed C&F agent. We advise you and work alongside your agent on classification, documents, valuation and disputes.
Customs has reassessed our goods at a higher value. What can we do?
You can challenge the assessment with supporting evidence. We review the case, prepare the submission and support you through review and appeal where needed.
