Return Submission
One team for every return, every deadline.

Understanding Return Submission
Beyond the annual income tax return, a business in Bangladesh faces a steady calendar of other filings: monthly VAT returns, withholding tax returns and annual returns to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). Each has its own format, deadline and penalty for late submission.
We take the whole calendar off your hands. Our team prepares each return from your records, reconciles figures across filings and submits them on time — so your VAT, tax and company records always agree with each other.
You get a single point of contact, deadline reminders and a copy of every submission for your records.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to file a VAT return even if I had no sales?
Yes. VAT-registered businesses must submit the monthly return even when there were no transactions (a nil return). Missing it can still attract penalties.
Is the RJSC annual return required every year?
Yes. Companies must hold their annual general meeting and file the annual return with RJSC every year. Repeated non-filing can lead to fines and problems when you later need company documents.
We have missed some past returns. Can you help?
Yes. We review what is outstanding, calculate any penalties and file the missing returns to bring your records up to date.
